Here are just a few things you might like to know about David:
- He is a graduate of one of the most respected leadership development schools in the world – N.O.L.S. N.O.L.S. provides their students a challenging, diverse multicultural environment to practice risk assessment with action-oriented solutions coupled wilderness medical training, and team dynamics
- He has studied Health Science with a specialty in Emergency Medical Technology while working for a busy E-911 system caring for individuals in stressful seasons in life. His level of care towards others stretching into advanced pre-hospital trauma life support, advanced cardiac life support, and pediatric advanced life support, as well as making clinical rotations in a variety of hospital settings.
- He later transitioned into a position with the department of corrections assisting in programs that give inmate’s vocational training. Equipping inmates with a skill set in a vocation to help reduce recidivism and give former inmates the means to support themselves in post-institutional life.
- He has a personal interest in child welfare. He has played an active role in humanitarian aid in both Central America and Africa. From this experience, David and his wife have welcomed three of their four children from two of these countries. He is an advocate for both foreign and domestic adoption. He has had the privileged opportunity to encourage couples through their consideration of both, in which his family has fostered in a couple of cases.
- He has attended three fantastic and formative academic institutions: Liberty University, Luther Rice College and Seminary, and The Seattle School for Psychology/Theology (The Allender Center).
- He is also a Board Certified Pastoral Counselor through the International Board of Christian Care, a Certified Mental Health Coach, and an Integrative Nutrition Health and Wellness Coach.
- David founded this 501(c)3 non-profit in March of 2016 and has served as the president.
- He has not only gone through in-depth training of the truths we teach, the methodology we use, hours of observational counseling, but he has done his own personal work in the areas you will be exposed to in your time with him.
